• Birth details — your full name, date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth. These are the core inputs every Vedic chart is calculated from.
• Contact information — email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and gender, so we can deliver your report and respond to queries.
• Payment information — when you place an order, payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers; Razorpay handles this in line with its own security standards.
• Consultation notes — questions or context you share with us ahead of a call or face-to-face session, so our Jyotishi can prepare.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate your birth chart and prepare your report or consultation.
• To deliver your report by email and/or WhatsApp, and to confirm consultation bookings.
• To process payments and send order confirmations or receipts.
• To respond to support requests and answer questions about an order.
• To improve our website, reports, and service quality.

We do not use your birth details for any purpose beyond preparing your chart, report, or consultation.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With our Jyotishis — your birth details are shared internally with the astrologer preparing your reading. They are bound to keep it confidential.
• With Razorpay — to process your payment securely.
• With delivery channels — your email address and WhatsApp number, solely to send your completed report.
• Where required by law — if we are legally obligated to disclose information to a government or regulatory authority.

4. Data Retention

We retain your birth details and order history for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, respond to any follow-up questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in Section 6 below.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Payment transactions are encrypted and processed by Razorpay under its own bank-grade security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. Reports for a minor (such as a Baby Name Report or Baby Birth Muhurat Consultation) may only be ordered by a parent or legal guardian on the child's behalf.
