These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theshuklacharyacode.com and any report, consultation, or other service offered by The Shuklacharya Code ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

We offer:

• Digital astrology reports — hand-prepared PDF reports (Kundli, Career, Fortune, Match Making, Love, Dhanyog, Kaal Sarp & Manglik Dosh, Name Correction, Baby Name, and others) based on your birth details, delivered by email and/or WhatsApp.
• Consultations — live phone/video consultations, face-to-face sessions at our Noida office, couple consultations, and baby birth muhurat consultations.
• Online Pooja — ritual services performed on your behalf and communicated to you.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are ordering a report or consultation involving a minor (for example, a Baby Name Report), you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and are authorised to provide their details on their behalf.

3. Accuracy of Information You Provide

Vedic astrology calculations depend entirely on the birth date, time, and place you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information. We are not liable for any error, delay, or inaccuracy in your report or consultation that results from incorrect or incomplete information you supplied to us.

4. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable at the time of ordering.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
• An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received; you will receive a confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery

Digital reports are typically delivered within 3–5 business days of a confirmed order, sent to the email and/or WhatsApp number you provided. Consultation slots are scheduled at a mutually agreed time following booking. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary; our Refund Policy covers what happens if a report is not delivered within the promised window.

6. The Nature of Our Services

Our reports and consultations are prepared according to classical Vedic Jyotish principles and are offered for informational, spiritual, and guidance purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be treated as a guarantee of any specific outcome. 7. Intellectual Property

The reports we prepare are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish a report you have purchased, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All website content, branding, and report formats remain the property of The Shuklacharya Code.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services — including attempting to access another user's order, submitting false information, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Shuklacharya Code and its astrologers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our reports, consultations, or website, including decisions made based on the guidance provided. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds for reports and consultations are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
